At the end of the event there will be a raffle for the buyers. We encourage exhibitors to provide prizes for the raffle, as this is an extra chance for you to be visible and promote your company.

FEES
Any changes or additions regarding exhibitor’s participation must be made and agreed in writing with ALTS The Exhibitor shall not be permitted to exhibit unless payment in full has been made 30 days prior the event All payment of fees must be paid by credit card or bank transfer, no Cheque or cash payment will be accepted
Cancellation Policy
The Exhibitor may cancel the participation in entirety or reduce its space requirements by giving prior notice in writing to ALTS not later then 90 days before the event. If such notice was received from 89 to 60 days before the event – the Exhibitor will be liable for the 50% deposit paid in proportion to the space to cover preliminary costs incurred by ALTS. If such notice was received from 59 to 0 days before the event - the Exhibitor shall remain liable for the 100% payment in full. ALTS reserves the right to postpone the event for reasons beyond our control, in which case we will do everything we reasonably can and inform the Exhibitor as fast as possible GENERAL All exhibiting companies are fully responsible for VAT liabilities as required by the local governing authorities. ALTS has no responsibility for the relevant VAT process. This is a matter exclusively between the participating Exhibitor and the relevant local authorities.
COVID
If the Exhibitor would not be able to present at the event, the Exhibitor should send to ALTS supporting documents, such as copy of official Government statement, the participation Fee will automatically transfer to the next event, with no refund. Personal reasons as a sick leave and act would not be taken as a valid reason. Each case will be considered on its own merits. ALTS reserves the right to postpone the event for reasons beyond our control, in which case we will do everything we reasonably can and inform the Exhibitor as fast as possible
Payment Policy
Payment for participation in the event must be made no later than two weeks before the event. If payment is not made, the registration will be automatically cancelled. Herewith we confirm our participation in mentioned event/events and require an invoice for participation with the above mentioned package(s).
