Cancellation Policy
Exhibitor may cancel their attendance with no penalty in 1 month before the date of event. Cancellations received between 1 month and two weeks before the event will incur a fee of 100% of payment, which can be transferred as payment for participation in the next ACCESS Luxury Travel Show event in 2020 or 2021. Cancellations received later than two weeks before the event will incur a fee of 100% which is not transferrable for next events and it is going to cover all the costs connected with the event.
Payment Policy
Payment for participation in the event must be made no later than two weeks before the event. If payment is not made, the registration will be automatically cancelled. Herewith we confirm our participation in mentioned event/events and require an invoice for participation with the above mentioned package(s).
